William Guthrie is an architect and educator based in London, UK.
He studied at the University of Cambridge, the University of Edinburgh and London Metropolitan University, qualifying as an architect in 2015.
Following extensive experience at offices in rural Scotland, London, and Copenhagen, William established his own studio in 2020, based in Peckham.
The practice works on projects of greatly varying scale and type and frequently collaborates with practitioners and offices within and outside the field of architecture.
In addition to practice, William teaches at the Kingston School of Art and has been an invited critic, tutor, and lecturer at schools of architecture in the UK and mainland Europe.
The studio was recently featured in New Architects 5, a guide to the best emerging architectural practices in the United Kingdom, published by the Architecture Foundation.
